Privacy Policy
How Aether Technical LLC handles the information you share with us through this website.
Effective June 29, 2026 · Last updated June 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aether Technical LLC (“Aether Technical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company behind the Forge Readiness System, collects, uses, and protects personal information you provide through forgereadiness.io (the “Site”). It applies to this marketing website and the pilot-list and contact forms offered on it. It does not govern the separate, contracted use of Forge software by an agency, which is addressed in that agency’s service agreement.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit when you fill out the pilot-list or contact form, including:
- Your name and, optionally, your role or title;
- Your agency or organization;
- Your email address and, optionally, your phone number;
- The Forge modules you’re interested in, your approximate agency or fleet size, your rough timeframe, and the tools you use today; and
- Any additional details you include in the free-text message field.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not submit any through this Site. The Site is delivered through Cloudflare, a content-delivery and security provider that proxies our traffic. As part of serving and protecting the Site, Cloudflare and our hosting provider automatically process limited technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of access — for security, reliability, and abuse-prevention purposes, and Cloudflare provides us with aggregated, cookieless traffic analytics derived from this data. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies — for example, to tell human visitors from automated traffic and to mitigate malicious requests; these are essential to operating the Site and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Apart from those, this Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and contact you about the Forge pilot program;
- Reach out as pilot openings become available;
- Understand which modules and capabilities are of interest; and
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your information is shared
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to you, and only to the extent needed to perform those services:
- Form processing. Pilot-list and contact form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. Their handling of the data is governed by Formspree’s own privacy policy.
- Content delivery & security. The Site is proxied through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data at its global edge network to deliver, cache, and protect the Site and to provide us with aggregated, cookieless traffic analytics.
- Hosting. The Site is served by our hosting provider, which may process technical log data on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Aether Technical, our users, or the public.
How long we keep it
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to manage the pilot program, and thereafter as required for our legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
How we protect it
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but security is foundational to how we build and operate. You can read more about our approach on our Security page.
Your California privacy rights
Aether Technical LLC is based in California. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

- Request access to, or a copy of, that personal information;

- Request deletion of your personal information; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request and respond as required by law.
Children’s privacy
This Site is intended for public-safety professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.
